Dust Storm

While it was only brief, and probably nothing compared to what folks experience during the summer, I did have the privilege of experiencing my first dust storm today.  It was interesting in a way.  Normally the mountains that are about 5 miles to the north are quite visible (there is some fog/smog/dust that blurs them regularly) but during the storm today, the entire horizon and sky just looked like a brown haze; all equally tan.  The dust wasn't blowing too hard, though, so yeah, interesting...

No pictures, though... mostly because they wouldn't have been worth the electrons that were used to store them.

Question:  Is there anything specific (or general) that you would like me to write about?  I've got a few things queued, but if you have questions about Kandahar (or "CandyBar" as I've heard it called), write a comment or shoot an email.
